Attunea will not share, sell or rent the personal data of Users to third parties without the prior consent of the data owners. However, we will share your personal data with third parties in the following situations:

  • • Billing and payment services (e.g., IfThenPay, Bank Transfer, or MbWay);

  • • Digital product hosting platform (e.g., Hotmart);

  • • Web hosting and technical maintenance services;

  • • Accounting (for tax purposes);

  • • Compliance with other legal obligations (such as court notifications), if applicable.

All service providers act as subcontractors, are required to comply with the GDPR, and sign documentation accordingly.

7. Rights of the Personal Data Owner 

We make available to Users the necessary means to ensure that their personal data are correct and up-to-date.

The User may, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions on data protection, request access, rectification, erasure or blocking of their personal data, as well as oppose their treatment, and Attunea will use its best efforts to comply with the request, without excessive costs and as quickly as possible, unless Attunea is required by law to keep the data concerned.

You should be aware that a reasonable period of time may be required to change, delete or remove the requested data from the Site and / or our backup systems.

In accordance with the applicable legal provisions, Users may, at any time and according to reasonable criteria, request additional information on the data collection, storage and processing practices, as well as on the purposes for which the collected data is intended.

However, you should take into account that, although we strive to protect the data and privacy of each User, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that a User sends or transmits online to us, on the internet without security measures, and can be seen and used by unauthorized third parties. In this case, Attunea is not responsible for the theft, destruction or inadvertent disclosure of Users' personal data.

We will only keep your data for the time strictly necessary for the purpose for which it is intended or for the time defined by law (as of section 5 of this policy).
