These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website www.attunea.pt and the services provided by Ferreira & Guerreiro, Lda., represented by Ana Mafalda Ferreira, in her capacity as manager, within the scope of the Attunea brand. By using this website and/or purchasing services, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of Services
Attunea provides the following services:
Psychological consultations and therapy (individual, couple or family)
Creation and sale of digital content (ebooks, audios, courses)
Dissemination of educational content (blog, newsletters, social networks)
Note: No content provided replaces personalized psychological assessment or follow-up, except in a formally contracted therapeutic context.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
3.1. Consultations
Appointments are made via email, form, or a specific platform.
Payment may be requested at the time of booking or immediately after the appointment.
3.1.1 – Cancellation Policy – Consultations
Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will require payment of the full amount, without prejudice to the existence of duly proven force majeure events, which will be analyzed on a case-by-case basis.
3.2 Digital Products
After payment confirmation, access is provided via email or client area.
3.2.1 – Cancellation Policy – Digital Products
There is no right to any refund after first access to the content, given its digital and immediate nature.
4. Payments
Accepted payments are made through secure platforms such as Interbank Transfer, MbWay, IfThenPay, Stripe, or Hotmart.
The invoice and subsequent receipt are issued according to the data provided at the time of purchase or booking, namely the Tax Identification Number (NIF). If no tax identification number is provided, the document will be issued without NIF.
5. Intellectual Property
The User acknowledges that the content of this Website is protected by intellectual property rights and undertakes to respect such rights. All content, including texts, images, audios, videos, courses, and materials made available by Attunea is the intellectual property of the author Ana Mafalda Ferreira, a clinical psychologist.
Without prior written authorization from the author Ana Mafalda Ferreira, the User is not authorized to transmit, publish, modify, copy, sell, use, or distribute, in any way, the texts, images, or other information contained on this Website or any part of the Website.
The use of trademarks and logos on this Website, as well as the availability of materials on the Website, does not grant, nor can it be interpreted as granting, permission to Users to use, directly or indirectly, such trademarks, logos, or materials.
6. Responsibility
Attunea is committed to providing services with professionalism, rigor, and confidentiality, in accordance with the Code of Ethics for Portuguese Psychologists and best practices in the field.
The User agrees to provide truthful information and to respect the therapeutic space (when applicable).
Attunea is not responsible for incorrect interpretations of digital content consumed outside of a therapeutic context.
Attunea makes its best efforts to protect User information against unauthorized access via the Internet. To this end, it uses security systems, rules, and other procedures to ensure the protection of information and prevent unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, loss, or destruction.
However, it is the User's responsibility to ensure that the device they use to access the Website is adequately protected against malicious software, computer viruses, and similar threats. Attunea will not be liable for errors that may occur due to system irregularities, Website failure, application failures, or other tool malfunctions.
7. Data Protection
Accessing and visiting this Website does not, in itself, imply the provision of personal data. However, if the User wishes to use certain content and services available through the Website, they must provide certain personal data (such as identification data and contact data).
All data provided is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website, and use of this website implies acceptance.
8. Modifications
Attunea may modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Regular consultation of this page is recommended.
If any part or provision of these terms is unenforceable or conflicts with applicable law, the validity of the remaining parts or provisions will not be affected.

9. Applicable Law
Portuguese law applies to the management, administration, use and application of these Website Terms of Use.
10. Applicable Jurisdiction
In case of dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution within a maximum period of 15 days.
If it is not possible to reach an amicable solution, all issues and disputes that may arise, inherent to these Terms and Conditions, shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the Lisbon District Court, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
