• Distribution of educational content (blog, newsletters, social media)

Note: None of the content provided is a substitute for individualized psychological assessment or support, except within a formally contracted therapeutic setting.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

3.1 Therapy Sessions

• Appointments are made via email, form, or designated platform.

• Payment may be required at the time of booking or immediately after.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure.

3.2 Digital Products

• Upon confirmed payment, access is provided via email or client area.

• No refunds are issued after access is granted, due to the immediate and digital nature of the product.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through secure platforms such as Bank Transfer, MbWay, IfThenPay, Stripe, or Hotmart.
Invoices or receipts are issued based on the information provided at the time of booking or purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content—including text, images, audio, video, courses, and materials—made available by Attunea is the intellectual property of Ana Mafalda Ferreira.
Reproduction, distribution, copying, or resale, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written consent.

Attunea commits to delivering services professionally and confidentially, in accordance with psychological ethics.
The user agrees to provide truthful information and to respect the therapeutic space (where applicable).
Attunea is not responsible for misinterpretations of digital content consumed outside the intended therapeutic context.

All data provided is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
