About Attunea
Attunea was born from a simple but fundamental principle:
Our closest relationships have a direct impact on our mental and physical health.
I'm Ana, a clinical psychologist and couples therapist, and for the past five years I've specialized in family psychotherapy. Along the way, I've explored various techniques and approaches, but I've always found a common thread—connection.
Science confirms: balanced and supportive relationships strengthen us; relationships marked by power imbalances, aggressive communication, or secrets deeply harm us. This truth was present in every consultation I conducted, and it was this truth that inspired me to create this project.

Attunea comes from the English verb attune, which means "to tune in." To me, this is the foundation of any healthy relationship—the ability of two different people to speak the same emotional language and support each other.

At Attunea, psychotherapy is a process with time, presence and direction.
Based on models such as EMDR (for trauma reprocessing) and systemic therapy (to understand a person's place in their relationships), we will map out:
– how your body reacts to the past,
– what patterns do you repeat without realizing it,
– what internal beliefs sustain the malaise,
– what experiences need to be recognized so that you can live well.
